Symphony is a monthly subscription that allows you to connect your medical equipment directly to Fuga. In some cases, additional hardware is required: the Symphony Box. This compact device is installed in your practice when needed to ensure a stable and secure connection. Do you need an installation? This depends on the brand and model of your equipment: no additional device is required for some manufacturers, such as Idexx. For other brands, the Symphony Box is necessary to ensure smooth communication with Fuga. To determine what is needed in your case, simply provide us with a list of the devices you wish to connect to Fuga via Symphony, and we will be happy to advise you.
